1	The set shall consist of 12 monochrome or colour print or colour sildes. All prints must be properly mounted and not smaller than 30cm x 40cm nor larger than 40cm x 50cm. All sildes shall be 5cm x 5cm.
2	A sound knowledge of the principle of photographic technique and artistic photography must also be evident. Good pictorial arrangement, proper treatment of subject matter and good print quality are essential.
3	A veriety of subject matter is essential. Work submitted shall reflect at least six of the following themes: a) Landscape   b) Night Scence   c) Action photography d) Outdoor portrait f) Studio portrait e) Close up/Macro photograhpy   g) Street Life  h) Still life   i)  Candid Shots
4	Local members who have obtained SPAS or members who reside outside Singapore may apply for the APAS title.
5	A fee of  S$30 shall be charged and entries submitted by post must be accompanied with (US$20) return postage.
6	Closing date shall be on 25th December of each year.
7	Acssociates shall have the right to place the letters APAS after their names as long as they are members of the Association.
8	The decision of the Penal shall be final and no further correspondence shall be entertained.
