1	The set shall consist of 18 monochrome or colour print or colour sildes. All prints must be properly mounted and not smaller than 30cm x 40cm nor larger than 40cm x 50cm. All sildes shall be 5cm x 5cm.
2	The set shall have a proper title, All work must reflect the theme  of the title.
3	Work submitted must display an exquiste form, aprofound connotation and an protuberant ensemble.
4	Candidate may submit thesis which dissertate his individual style and ideology to support his appliction.
5	Candidate may be required to present himself before the examination panel if necessary
6	PAS members who have obtained APAS , Hon FPAS,ARPS or AFIAP are qulifier to apply for the FPAS title.
7	A fee of S$60 shall be charged and entries submitted by post must be accompanted with US$20 retuern postage.
8	Closing date shall be on 25th December of each year
9	Fellows shall have the right to letters FPAS after their name as long as they are members of the Association.
10	The decision of the panel shall be final and no further  correspondence shall be entertained.
